Terms of Service
This page is maintained by the Haluu team to explain the terms that apply when you use Haluu ("the Service"). By creating an account or using Haluu, you agree to these terms.
1. Your account
You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account, including keeping your password secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use Haluu. You must provide a valid email address when registering.
2. What Haluu does
Haluu lets you upload an image and generate a public shareable link that redirects visitors to a destination URL you choose. Each card you create consumes one token from your balance.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Haluu to host or link to content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or that violates the rights of others. We may suspend or remove cards, refuse service, or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice. Examples of prohibited content include malware, phishing, CSAM, harassment, and content that infringes intellectual property.
4. Tokens and payments
Tokens are a prepaid credit used to create cards. Token packs are sold as one-time purchases in USD through our payment processor, Paddle. Tokens do not expire, have no cash value, and are not transferable between accounts. See our pricing and refund policy.
5. Your content
You retain all rights to images and URLs you submit. By uploading content you grant Haluu a non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit and display that content solely to operate the Service (for example, serving the image to people who open your card link).
6. Service availability
We work to keep Haluu available, but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific click volume, or that the Service will be free from errors.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haluu and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using Haluu at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or that pose a security risk. Unused tokens may be forfeited if your account is terminated for a serious breach.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of Haluu after changes means you accept the updated terms.
