Getting started
What is Haluu?
Haluu turns any image into a trackable, clickable card with a public shareable link. Share the link on Facebook, Instagram, X, WhatsApp, Telegram, LinkedIn, and more — it renders as a rich preview, and every click is tracked in real time.
How do I create a card?
Sign in, click 'Create new card' from your dashboard, upload an image (PNG/JPG/WebP/GIF up to 10MB), enter a destination URL, add a title and description, and click 'Generate card'. It costs 1 credit and goes live instantly.
How many cards can I create?
There's no limit. Each card costs 1 credit to create, and you can have as many active as you like.
Credits & billing
What are credits?
Credits are Haluu's credits. 1 credit = 1 new card. New accounts get 3 free credits on signup. Editing an existing card is always free.
Do credits expire?
Never. Buy once, use anytime. No resets, no subscriptions, no 'use it or lose it'.
How much do credits cost?
Starter: 40 credits for $10 • Popular: 120 credits for $25 • Pro: 280 credits for $50. All prices in USD, taxes applied at checkout based on your location.
What payment methods do you accept?
Checkout is handled by our payment provider. Available methods depend on your country and typically include credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and GCash for users in the Philippines.
My credits didn't arrive after payment. What do I do?
Refresh your dashboard first — credits usually appear within seconds. If it's been more than 10 minutes and you have a payment receipt email, forward the transaction ID to support@haluu.app and we'll credit you manually.
Refunds
What is your refund policy?
30-day money-back guarantee on all credit purchases, no questions asked. Email support@haluu.app with your order number from your payment receipt email and we'll process the refund within 3 business days.
Sharing & previews
How do I share my card?
Copy the haluu.app/c/[code] link from your dashboard and paste it anywhere — Facebook, X, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, SMS. The rich preview renders automatically.
Why isn't my preview showing on Facebook or WhatsApp?
Usually a caching issue — social platforms cache previews. Use Facebook's Sharing Debugger (developers.facebook.com/tools/debug) to force a re-scrape. Also make sure you're sharing the haluu.app/c/[code] link, not the raw image URL.
What image formats and sizes are supported?
PNG, JPG, WebP, and GIF up to 10MB. SVG is not supported. For best preview results across platforms, use a 1.91:1 aspect ratio (e.g. 1200×630).
Account & analytics
How does click tracking work?
Every visit to haluu.app/c/[code] is logged with timestamp, referrer, and basic device info before redirecting to your destination. View totals and charts under 'Analytics' on any card.
Can I edit or delete a card?
Yes — editing the destination URL, title, or description is free. The image can't be changed. Deletion is permanent and does not refund the credit.
How do I sign in with Google?
Click 'Continue with Google' on the login or register page. If you already have an account with the same email, Google sign-in logs you into that same account.
I forgot my password.
Click 'Forgot password?' on the login page and enter your email. If you signed up with Google, you don't have a password — just use Google sign-in.
Didn't find your answer?
