We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all token purchases. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. Email support@haluu.app with your Paddle order number to request a refund. Refunds are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method. For duplicate charges, unauthorized payments, or tokens not delivered after a confirmed payment, we will always issue a full refund regardless of the 30-day window. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law in your country.
