Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on unused credits. If you buy a pack and don't use any of it, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked. Used credits are non-refundable.

To request a refund, email support@haluu.app with your order number from your payment receipt email. Refunds are processed through our payment provider back to your original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

For duplicate charges, unauthorized payments, or credits not delivered after a confirmed payment, we will always issue a full refund regardless of the 30-day window. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law in your country.
