Privacy Policy
This page is maintained by the Haluu team to explain what we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control your data.
Information you give us
When you create an account we collect your email address and password. When you create a card we store the image you upload, the destination URL, and any title or description you provide.
Information collected automatically
When someone opens one of your card links, we record the click timestamp, the referrer, the user agent string, and a truncated IP address. We use this to power your analytics dashboard and to protect the Service from abuse. We do not build advertising profiles.
Payments
Payments for credit packs are processed by our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record. The provider collects the payment information needed to complete your purchase (such as card details, billing address, and tax information). Haluu does not see or store full payment card numbers. Please see the payment provider's privacy notice for details on how they handle your payment data.
How we use your information
We use the data above to provide and improve the Service, to authenticate your account, to deliver credit balances after a successful payment, to show you analytics for your cards, to respond to support requests, and to prevent abuse of the Service.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the providers we use to operate Haluu — for example our hosting provider, database, and payment processor — and only as needed for them to perform their service. We may disclose information when required by law.
Retention
We keep account and card data while your account is active. You can delete a card at any time, which removes it from the public link surface. If you want your entire account and associated data deleted, email us and we will process the request.
Your choices
You can update your email or password from the dashboard. You can delete any card you created. For data export or deletion requests not available in the dashboard, email support@haluu.app.
Security
We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, including encrypted connections and role-based access controls on our database. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password.
Children
Haluu is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
